Shipping Information


Ground shipping is INCLUDED on all orders to the Lower 48 United States! ($19.99 shipping to AK and HI, and $29.99 shipping outside of the United States). Orders normally ship from our warehouse within 3 business days of order receipt. Shipping times vary from 2-5 business days, therefore you should expect your order to be delivered in 5-8 business days if you choose ground shipping. (Business days are defined as M-F except holidays.) If you choose expedited shipping, your order should arrive to you in 3-5 business days. Please note that orders to AK and HI will take from 10-14 BUSINESS days to arrive. Orders placed after NOON CST, will be processed the next business day. We will make every effort to contact you if your order will be arriving outside of these estimated shipping times.

International order take MUCH longer to arrive. If you ordering from overseas, do not expect your order for at least 3 weeks, and up to 5 weeks. Email info@sunbusterglasses.com if you want to check the status of your order.

Returns and Exchanges


We are happy to offer a 15 day return and exchange policy, providing the following conditions are met:

1. You have emailed us for return authorization and instructions within 15 days of the receipt of your merchandise.
2. The merchandise has not been damaged (except in the case of shipping damage (see below), and does not show signs of excessive wear.

For EXCHANGES we pay all shipping charges, and you incur no additional charges whatsoever. We will arrange to have the item picked up, and a replacement sent ASAP.

For RETURNS FOR REFUND, we do not charge a restocking fee (except where noted below), and will refund the purchase price (less actual shipping charges). You are responsible for return postage.

Shipping Damage We make every effort to ensure your package is protected, however occasionally damage can occur in shipping. This damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery time. If you item is damaged in shipping, we will immediately ship a replacment at no charge to you, and arrange to have the damaged item returned to us at our expense. If you chose expedited shipping for your item, these charges will be refunded to you.

Items returned without authorization will be charged a 10% restocking fee, in addition to shipping charges. Items returned that have been damaged, or that show excessive wear (at our discresion) may be retuned to you at your expense, or discarded with no refund issued, should you choose.

Warranty Information: All SunBuster brand sunglasses feature an Unlimited LIFETIME Warranty!. This warranty is offered soley by Gustbuster, Ltd and is not offered by SunBusterGlasses.com. In the event of a warranty claim, all warranty issues must be handled directly with Gustbuster. This policy is in force even if there is a warranty claim within the 15 day return period. We are happy to assist you in contacting Gustbuster, makers of SunBuster Glasses, if you experience any issues with your glasses. Also note that some items are not manufactured by Gustbuster/Sunbuster, and will be covered by the warranties (if any) of their respetive manufacturers.
